Ive bee wanting to backup up my phone so i can finally update it. I searched and searched ways to backup the contacts and someone mentioned importing and exporting the contacts. So can someone explain to me how to do this? Or if someone has an easier way?:)

My captivate deleted all those apps on the bar where applications(phone, email, camera) is after I turned my captivate off....I was wondering how I can get those apps back on there without restoring the phone
