    Root Easiest root for RAZR xt912?

    Ok, so my xt912 RAZR running OTA 4.1.2 is so slow its almost unusable at times. I figure rooting would solve this but I've never rooted anything before. So, where do I begin? What is the easiest way? I saw a youtube video showing a root exploit called razrblade or something like that.
