    Help Phone frozen while downloading the new update for the Esteem

    yeah i wanted to see if anybody else had problems with it? it just happened during midway of the update and my computer froze and the screen of my esteem froze with the download is in progress. now when i try to redo the update it just says its unable to... no battery pulls nor anything is...
