Help Phone frozen while downloading the new update for the Esteem

yeah i wanted to see if anybody else had problems with it?

it just happened during midway of the update and my computer froze and the screen of my esteem froze with the download is in progress. now when i try to redo the update it just says its unable to...

no battery pulls nor anything is getting it to change.

so from a previous post..do i just take it to metro?

has anybody had it happen a second time, because if i get a new phone from this, and then this happen again..i dont see how this update helps at all?

I'd take it to metro. They'll either fix it or replace it with an esteem that has the new update

I don't think manually installing updates is covered under warranty. And as far as I know they haven't pushed this one OTA yet.

yes this happened to me what did you do? did you get a new one?

There is a fix the title is advance restore pb recovery or something can't remember the hole name Gbiggie and my self found out that the downgrade method fixes this good luck
