    Root Firmware 2 questions. upgrade and downside of downgrading

    first off I know you need to downgrade the firmware to root. Does anyone know if there is any substantial cons to doing this. And if a root comes out for the .9 firmware can you install that. The whole process is confusing. I do have my droid rooted but it's been a while.
