    Help strange syncing issues with google accounts

    hello all i am having problems that i cannot understand - it is hard to diagnose. all the things i list here started at the same time so i have good reason to believe it is all linked. it looks like the google accounts are not syncing properly. it also looks like dropbox is not syncing...
