Hmm... I'm getting a little confused by this. So you were able to unlock again? You are now s-off and unlocked? If so, it sounds like the unlock token worked correctly. I'm not sure why your PC stopped recognizing the phone. You don't have to flash roms through fastboot. Just put a rom on your sd card and boot into recovery. You can then flash the rom right from your phone through the recovery.

Hi devov! When you use the wire trick and get s-off, it locks the bootloader again. That is normal. You don't need it unlocked if you are s-off but certainly can unlock it again if you want to. To unlock, you just need to use the unlock code again that you already received and unlock in fastboot again.
