Over and over again. Usually while I'm on a phone call. The signal bars disappear and then it happens six or seven more times while LTE comes back. This happens on AOKP 4.2.2 and 4.3 but not slim bean 4.3 I am Knox free and just Odin'd the mk3 4.3 stock rom What's the damn deal?

Just flashed a fresh copy of cnexus AOKP 4.3 and I get zero video love from YouTube or my camera. YouTube plays audio. Camera takes pictures. But no video is displayed. Is this a known issue? Slim bean 4.3 does video just fine. Any info you can provide would be awesome
