Root "to place a collect call...please blah blah blah blah"

i get this every time i try to place a call. my radio is currently 1.09..00.0706
and that is what i flashed it to about 6 months ago when i got the phone.

i am noticing in the "fix anything" thread that there is a diff radio version. i'm aboout to flash that and see what happens.


is there anything else i should be looking at?
