Anyone know of a tethering widget or shortcut that works on the G2?

What is the difference from the Verizon G2 compared to the others when it comes to a case? I'm a huge fan of the Sedio cases but none are listed for the Verizon model.

On my gnex (4.2.2) I was able to double tap the app I wanted to use when there was more than one choice. Why can't that be done on the G2?

Since Volume+ still isn't working with JB has anyone found a replacement for it?
