    I have a HTC Hero knocking about and want to restore it with the latest plain vanilla ROM that will run on it. Can anyone help me finding out which one this is?

    Root Flashing with a plain vanilla 2.1 or 2.2 ROM.

    I've been trying out a number of different custom ROM's over the last few months but would just like to "upgrade" my phone to a plain vanilla version of the Android 2.1. or 2.2 ROM.
