Am I supposed to have a Wifi toogle in the notifications pull down after the latest update?

I checked my picasaweb account which is my gmail sign in and I don't see them there. The setting is checked for sync under my gmail. Does the gallery only sync them to google+ as I sure as sh!t am not a google+ user?

Is there any way to use the pin lock without having to ok after you enter your pin? So you would just enter your pin and the screen would unlock after the last number is entered.

I have my yahoo email account using the native email app on my Maxx. I set the data delivery time so it checks for new mail every 30 mins. However, when I check that setting later on it shows 15 mins. Any idea why that setting would keep changing itself back to 15 mins?
