Having problems stripped the red and black wires. They are so damn small. Any help?

When you say hanging boot, you mean it just stayed on the droid eye screen? I have noticed that my DInc will stay on that screen for at least 4 or 5 minutes after loading a new ROM
I used ROM manager to download and install the file.for your INCredible revolution theme do u just update virtous through the recovery loader and use the .zip? when i did it i got a hanging boot -
