My phone updated today. Now I have a symbol next to the sound symbol on the top bar that looks like a sideways Z. When you swipe don't to select it , there us nothing there so I can't get shot of it. Any clues as to what it is? Cheers.

Woke up this morning and unlocked ohone to find most of he screen is covered in black vertical lines, half the screen is now blocked. All the touch funcs seem to work but I cant see what Im pressing. Any ideas?
