I have followed your steps to the tee, worked perfectly. I have one problem every time when I enter my password it will stay on for about 30 seconds and then restart. What could be causing this to happen? (When it stays on for about 1 minute it says Google search and Skype stopped working- not enough time to do anything). Please could you just let me know what else I can do (post-6858371)
