Titanium Backup ROOT. This app will allow you to Freeze Apps or Uninstall System Apps. Just be careful you don't start removing stuff you don't understand what they do. Removing the wrong thing can make your phone not work. Just so long as you can re-flash it, you'll be good, but be careful!!
