Is anyone else having trouble changing they're boot animation? I can't get mine to stick. I have removed the original boot animations and placed mine in the system/media folder. But even after reboot the Boost mobile animation still plays. Is the a bootloader problem, because it's locked?

Has anyone started looking at themeing with this phone yet even knowing we don't have CWM for it yet? If so which files do we mod for themeing? I have been looking but not sure which one's this phone uses for the dialer and main menu settings. Anyone have an idea?
