    Google maps 5 is here!!

    Just downloaded it and so far I love it! Very fast with the new vector based rendering. The 2 finger tilt gesture works, and the new compass mode too (tap the locate icon twice), but the 2 finger rotate is not working for me.

    "Improved text, video, and picture messaging functionality" in the new update?

    This was in the release notes of the new 2.37 update. Has anyone been able to find what this refers to? I haven't noticed any difference yet.
