    Help No Notifications for Texts

    I have a Samsung Galaxy S4, and randomly a couple days ago I no longer get a notification anywhere for a new text. I went to Messaging->Settings->Notification Settings->Notifications and I have Notifications checked. I have also restarted my phone and removed the battery, but this hasn't...
