Lurker
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4, and randomly a couple days ago I no longer get a notification anywhere for a new text. I went to Messaging->Settings->Notification Settings->Notifications and I have Notifications checked. I have also restarted my phone and removed the battery, but this hasn't helped either.
When I get a text, there is no notification on the lock screen, pull down menu, and not even a number above the messaging icon for a new text. Essentially the text appears in my conversation as an already read text. This is annoying. Suggestions?
