    Help Screen Timeout Issue

    Just recently I have been having a screen timeout issue. Every time I go into Settings, Display, screen timeout it says "after 10 minutes of inactivity". So I change it to 30 seconds because 10 mins is way to long, and the second I back out to the home screen the screen timeout changes right...
