Hi ismandroid,

WILL BE TRYING YOUR METHODS on s2 frozen.
I think i have the same issue as yours.let me explain..
Yesterday i got an option for software update on my S2 GT-i9100G. I installed using the normal Wifi as i had wifi in my office,the update was around 12mb
