Was wonering if there is an app which can scan for available cell networks and show there signal strength ? Similar to the menu in settings which shows the network names, but I want the strength as well!

if someone sends me a message, then i send one back. sometimes my message is displayed before their message on the list? so. [me] [them] [them] instead of [them] [me] [them] i think this is due to the timestamp on the 3rd parties phone being a minute or so out. anyway to fix this ?

I understand that sense UI is an overlay for android, but what exactly does It include? what is sense ui and what is android? I suppose Im asking If I rooted my phone and put stock froyo on (when available) what wouldn't be there?!

How do I set the policy to switch WiFi off after say 15 minutes of inactivity?

if i click on a phone number using default internet browser of k-9 mail it will open the call window with the number ready to ring, but how do I add that number to my contacts? the only way i've found is call the number, hang up, then it appears in call history and can add it from there!

i've unticked this, and I still get gmail, k-9 and other apps updating. it seems to make no difference to anything!!! I presume its like having your broadband at home permanently connected? (if on), and when off, it 'dials up' each time to connect? When unticking it i get a warning about...
