If you can't restore the calendar app via Titanium Backup, you could do a few things. Flash a stock ROM, flash a custom ROM (if available...this is what I would recommend because custom ROMs typically offer performance benefits plus enhanced features), or you could use a stock ROM as a base and pull everything from the .zip folder except the calendar.apk file and flash that (this is a more advanced technique). You will want to make a nandroid backup before you begin any of these options.
