    Root Headset mic does not work, baseband related?

    Hi sorry if this is an ignorant question, will "baseband unknown" affect the functionality of headset mic? My Optimus V is fully functioning without a headset. But when connected to the stock headset, I hear audio alright but the mic does not work. Originally I thought the stock headset does...
