    Help Kies won't recognize my Note

    I have tried on both of my Macs. Uninstalled and re-installed on both machines. Updated the Kies software on both after re-installs. No idea what to do now and don't have the time to call Samsung. Any help would be appreciated.

    Help Software update problems

    When I click on "Software Update" in Settings, I get the following message: DM initialization is not ready. Check network or SIM card. Any ideas what this means? Not having any other problems and it has been giving me this message for past couple of days.

    Keeps saying "download unsuccessful". Saw that this was a known issue. Any progress in fixing this?
