I had a problem the other day restoring my apps after installing a rom. After i restores and rebooted the phone would just keep booting up. So someone said do not restore system apps. so my question is for the Batch backup/restore do I just back up "all user apps"? or all user apps+ system data...

I've had the nexus since launch and i've seen md5 sum with a string of characters after and sometimes its offered to download with the rom but what for? I have yet to see what this is for.

I just took a 9 second video in 480p on my nexus, Wanted to text it to my friend. Its 6.xxmb and it says too big... really? my wife sent me a video that was 1 minute and 4 seconds from her iphone and it came thru just fine. what gives? We both have verizon.

I installed them last nite, made no changes to the kernel, just installed SetCPU and left everything as is. And my phone was at 100% last nite, went to sleep. unplugged, wake up at 6:30am(6 hours phone sleeping) and battery dropped to 17% WTF?????? is axiom a battery hog or what? wasnt even on...

Some people might be using your phone and you don't want them being able to read a text that's coming thru. They can read most of it just from the notification bar w/o opening your texts. That's kind of UNprivate. Anyway to change that to ONLY show who is texting you and nothing else?

Mine will show the numbers of emails on the top right but the sync willcontinue to spin forever and not show the new emails

When i play the streaming music over 3g or 4g.the song will play for like 20 or so seconds and then it dies.fails to stream.even with the option to not stream high quality, it still does it.is the 3g and 4g radios that bad? Wifi the music played fine.

Ok guys at work I seem to get 3 bars of 4g... and i do speedtest. I can 8mb download.... if i have 4 bars of 4g about a 1000 yards down. i get 45mb download, is that normal to have such a HUGEEEEEEEE difference between 3 bars 4g and 4 bars 4g?

I Hear google music in my car on my nexus and its annoyign to hear my text sound and pause the song completely everytime i get a text. ANyway to make it liek the iphone where it'll just make the song really low for a quick second and no text sound at all? vibrating is fine if that stays.

I downloaded MX video player because default player sucks. ANyway play some good quality videos fullscreen, I MEAN NO ICONS, NO WIDESCREEN WITH BLACK BARS, the wholething . WOW I know its a wasted thread but its just too mind blowing. like holy cow
