I've noticed that my browser brightness when I first open it up is as bright as the screen, then about a half a second later it dims down. I checked the browser brightness settings and it's turned all the way up. It frustrates me to no end. Any ideas?

Actually it won't stay off. I'm having serious charging problems and whike I wait for my replacement device I want to charge it while it's off, but everytime I turn the phone of it just starts right back up again..... Weird Any ideas.
