Root I GOT ROOT !!! Here's what I did...
Google "towelroot" There's an apk file you can download then run, 15 seconds & a reboot later (all automated once you install the apk & run it) you can install SuperSU from the Play Store & you're all set. Worked for me on my Virgin Mobile LG Volt (LGLS740). I'm not a dev or anything, just...- merx773
