    Root is there a way?

    My optimus m says it is 600 mhz when I am in cpu app . is there anyway to make it more ? if you install a custom rom does it increase the processor speed? thanks for any help

    Root CAnt decide if I should Root? ROms , clocking ???

    What are ROMS ? are there diff ones it is like an operating system? Also can you go back to factory settings if you decide its not for you? Will the cell service still work propery ? I had a ipod and jailbroke it and hated it , it was a waste so I wanna make sure this is not the same senario :)...
