I just bought a Sandisk Ultra Class 10 MicroSD Card, but when I try to move apps or pics to the card I get an error message like this: No applications can move to SD card. No clue what is wrong. As a recent convert from Apple to Android I am really confused. All tips are most appreciated.

I was downloading an update to a few apps when my phone suddenly froze totally. Can't turn it off or back on. Completely non responsive. This is my only phone so I am trying to find out how to do a hard reset or something similar. Wish I knew what to do. ALL advice is greatly appreciated!

I am so new to Android this time around (long story) and have had the phone 2 days. Not sure how to delete or uninstall apps, and to do so as cleanly/entirely as possible. Was wondering too if there is a general maintenance app for the phone that will do things like CCleaner or spybot does...
