When I press the top lock button to unlock it, the BOTTOM keys light up first then the screen unlocks. Is everyones like this or do the bottom buttons and screen unlock at the same time??

I used a case, no way I would put that disc on the actual phone itself... but thats just my preference.

I preordered the Incredible today at best buy. When I switch over from my t mobile month to month service do I have to pay the first months bills and price of the phone, or just for the phone? Thanks, Alex
