So I just got a GS3 after my GS2 skyrocket died on New Years Eve. It's a refurbished GS3 It keeps restarting. I've had it for about 5 days and it has restarted on its own 3 times. This never happened on my GS2. Should I ask for a new refurbished?

I have had the skyrocket since it was released and I bought it an otterbox case ( impact ) because it was the only one I could find at the time. I want a new case and wanted to know which other brands you guys would recommend or if I should stick with otterbox and buy the defender series case...
