Help Keeps rebooting/restarting

So I just got a GS3 after my GS2 skyrocket died on New Years Eve.
It's a refurbished GS3
It keeps restarting. I've had it for about 5 days and it has restarted on its own 3 times. This never happened on my GS2. Should I ask for a new refurbished?
 
seems like it might be an issue with the phone. which version of android are u running? try doing an update or try a factory reset and see if it helps. If these dont work try getting it replaced.

It has the latest official update (4.1.1 if I'm not mistaken). And i already did multiple factory resets because the AT&T people couldn't find out why I couldn't send or receive texts (turned out to be that they didn't activate a messaging plan).
