In answer to your question. In order to update your firmware you must first format the sdcard on your PC. Make sure you use Fat32 file system.
Copy the 2 files to your sdcard.
Connect the tablet to AC power.
Insert the sdcard
Press down the power button on top of the tablet until it starts.
