Help Upgrading Galaxy Note (international version) to ICS
I can't seem to upgrade to ICS. I bought the SmarTone Galaxy Note in Hong Kong, so it's naturally unlocked. I'm in Canada now using a Rogers sim card and on the Rogers network. Every time I go to Check updates it says no updates. Can anyone help?- panlee
