Hey could you help me out i downloaded the monster V5.3 and i noticed that my video camera doesnt work

hi, i was in the process of switching go launcher as my system launcher and deleted the stock launcher first. my phone reboot and its been on the "samsung" screen ever since. i did a hard reset and i just wanna know, is there any hope left? :'(
