I've recently restored my phone to factory defaults and it decided not to remove my music. Is there any way I can get my phone and it's internal storage to a "factory fresh" state?

So I made a couple of custom ringtones with ringdroid. Any way to delete them? Itried making a second tone named over another, now I just have 2 with the same name listed. Also, once a ringtone is assigned to a contact, is there a way to change it? I can't find a way to do so.
