I am an expert at flashing from Sprint or Verizon to Cricket. But... from Sprint to Verizon, no clue. I am sorry I can't help with that. Not sure that can even be done because Verizon and Sprint use Lock ESN's for their networks. With Cricket you can use any ESN you want on their networks.
