Ok, Im pretty much a tech dummy, but I want to root this phone to remove pre-installed apps. It seems that there are a tone of how to treads, but they all seem different. Can someone point me to the easiest way to root this phone with the most step by step directions?

Does this phone have to be rooted to move apps to the SD card? I have an app called Clean Master from Cheetah Mobile. It has a feature to move apps to the SD card but it's telling me that my internal storage and SD card storage is the same. Which doesn't make sense to me because when I go to...

I just got this phone on Metro PCS. My old phone was ancient and didn't. have the option of disabling apps. So, I rooted it to delete most of the pre-installed apps. However, this phone has the option of disabling apps. What's the difference?

I rooted my phone a while back mainly to remove bloatware. I'm wondering if I should unroot now that I have it all removed? I never changed ROMS. I just removed bloatware.

Ok, riddle me this..... the stock navigation app mysteriously disappeared. It's no longer on my phone and I can't find it in my apps in the play store. Does anyone know what the stock navigation app is on this phone so I can re-install???

I have my backlight settings to shut off after 30secs. It's works but not when I get a missed call. When I get a missed call the backlight comes on and won't go out till I either hit the power button or check the missed call. So if I get a missed call while away from my phone the battery drains...
