    Keep getting message "For Faster Charging Use Original Charger" I'm using the original charger!

    Every time I charge my phone with the charger it came with it give me a message saying "For Faster Charging Use Original Charger." I am using the charger that came with the phone in the box when I bought it at the Verizon store. Any ideas?

    Strange cloud with question mark pop up

    I noticed the other day, a weird screen. I can't for the life of me remember where I was or how I got there. It looked like a cloud with a Smiley face and a question mark. Anyone have any clue what this is? It was not an icon on top. It was in the upper left of the screen
