Strange cloud with question mark pop up

I noticed the other day, a weird screen. I can't for the life of me remember where I was or how I got there. It looked like a cloud with a Smiley face and a question mark. Anyone have any clue what this is? It was not an icon on top. It was in the upper left of the screen

I remember the icon but can't recall what it was from. I think GoLauncher's company uses it for their tips on working their apps.
