Help Samsung Galaxy S5 - Cant turn off
Hello, looking for some assistance. I cant seem to be able to turn off my S5. when I hold down the button on the side of the phone, the option to turn off my phone doesnt seem to be there - the only way I can turn it off is by removing the battery which isnt practical at all.
