Help Samsung Galaxy S5 - Cant turn off

Hello, looking for some assistance.

I cant seem to be able to turn off my S5. when I hold down the button on the side of the phone, the option to turn off my phone doesnt seem to be there - the only way I can turn it off is by removing the battery which isnt practical at all.

When I go to turn off, there is an option to enable flight mode, restart or emergency mode (screenshot included on attached files)

Hi, I would pull the battery, then restart in recovery mode and wipe the cache partition, if this fails back up your contacts, data, etc; and try a factory reset. Phil

This could be an installed app or a theme you recently activated. Before doing a factory reset, try uninstalling some recent apps or disabling an activated theme by using the default theme.
