    Help Apps won't work without Wifi

    On my Galaxy S2, I can't get any app to work unless I'm connected to wifi. It just says there is no data connection. The web browser just gives me a page cannot be displayed error. I have an unlimited data plan. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing? Thanks
