Help Apps won't work without Wifi

On my Galaxy S2, I can't get any app to work unless I'm connected to wifi. It just says there is no data connection. The web browser just gives me a page cannot be displayed error. I have an unlimited data plan. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

I would double check your apn settings as it would seem that your data connection is not working. (Menu, wifi and networks, mobile networks, access point names) Should you not be on your wifi connection, your data connection should automatically kick in, which appears not to be the case.

The only one there is "ATT pta" and it looks selected. Is this the way it should look?

You need to google what the correct apn settings are for at&t for your country/area.
Also make sure you actually have data enabled. (use packet data is ticked in that screen I've already mentioned)
