Updated the phone. The tethering used to work on 3G, and 4G. It only works on WiFi now. When I connect a USB cable from my Notebook, it disconnects from 4G, or 3G (whichever mode that I have it on), immediately tries to reconnect, but gets this error: Data Call Failure Error Code...
