When using the volume rocker to lower the ringer to an inside level the notifications stays at max. Every phone I've had before they both worked in tandem. Anyway to make that work?

Just picked up a new S4. My photo gallery now shows about 100 extra folders all with 1 photo each. It picked up all the album art from my music. Any way to get rid of these in the gallery? I don't want to sort through 100+ folders looking for 4 or 5.

I'm nearing nearing 10,000 texts on my phone and was thinking about deleting some as even Handcent seems to be a little laggy at opening now. I don't want to lose everything though. Anyway to get some kind of a backup? Preferably something in a text format I could just open in Notepad.
