I bought a Samsung S3 with US Cellular service 2 months ago. Within a week it started dropping calls as many as 4 per day. I am now using my 2nd replacement phone (total of 3) for the same reason. As of today at approximately 10:30 A.M. this morning I haven't had any dropped calls so far.

I'm on US Cellular. More often than not, the person I call can't hear me until I call them again. Sometimes I have to call them as many as 3 times before they can hear me. Anyone else having such an issue with their Samsung S3? I've gotten 2 Firmware updates but the problem still exists.

There are app update available on my S3 almost every day when I turn it on every morning. I realize it's easy to just clear the updates each time but is there a way to disable the update process? These apps I never use anyhow.

The person I call can't hear me when I call them. I have to call them back at least 2 times and sometime 3 times before they are able to hear me. I've had my S3 for 1 month exactly.

I got a Firmware update - REQUIRED this morning. It said I need a Wi-Fi connection. I went to a place with a good Wi-Fi service but it would not update. Whar is FIRMWARE? It did not indicate it was from my US Cellular provider so I don't know what to do. Need help!

I'm somewhat disappointed my new Samsung Galaxy S3 doesn't have call restriction option like my Mesmerize does. I wonder why they didn't included it on the S3.

Are the batteries in a Mesmerize and Fascinate interchangeable? I understand the only difference is the Mesmerize is US Cellular and the Fascinate in a Verizon phone. Otherwise I understand they are the same phone.

According to my local US Cellular dealer representative, there should be a 4G phone available by mid-summer. Anyone else with US Cellular heard that?

When you download ring-tones, can you store them on the card?

I hadn't used my phone for a couple hours when while driving, my Mesmerize began playing one of my songs I had stored on it. I haven't played any of the songs in 2 or 3 days. Anyone know what's up with that?
