Ever since the upgrade to gingerbread, I feel like the phone has been slower than before. When I say slow I mean in terms of how quickly the phone responds when you push something such has messaging or an application. Anyone else experiencing this also?

All of a sudden the bottom of my screen only has an icon for Applications and it is in the center. All of the other icons disappeared. I don't know what happened. I have restarted phone and it is still like that. Anybody experience the same thing??

It seems when I forward emails from my phone, they lose their html formatting and the email becomes almost unreadable with all of these links and text in the email. Does this happen to everyone? IS there a fix? I looked in the settings and could not find anything. Thanks
